My niece sent me a link about a 46 years old man, who had dreams when he was in his 20s, then he got married and started working 9 to 7 and raising his family. He had a good position and made good living. Then he found out his wife was cheating on […]
I stayed in a beautiful hostel, a house that’s almost 400 years old. I liked the hostel although it lacked a lot of services. I met a man from England who’s been traveling for 16 years and he goes back to England every few years to work to continue his travel. He’s been […]
I came to Sucre to relax after few days of lots of traveling. Sucre is a small city, but it’s more organized and clean than most of the other cities I’ve seen in Bolivia. The city itself doesn’t have much to see other than the beautiful Spanish architecture, and even around the city […]
I left Colonia to head north in order to cross the border back to Argentina and go see the Iguazu falls (Cataratas del Iquazu). I stopped by some beautiful towns and cities, but I was moving fast, because I realized that I eventually need to come back and tour Argentina in a car […]
I got up at 7:30AM because I needed to go back to my appointment in Ecuador and I lost one day because I missed the bus in Uyuni. I ate breakfast and took a little van that took me to the borders with Peru which took about an hour and half. I […]
The salt flat of Uyuni (Salar de Uyni) is a flat that looks like a desert but unlike a desert it’s not covered with sand it’s covered with salt. The main purpose for my trip to South Bolivia is to see this natural phenomena.
I went with a guided tour, it’s […]
My final destination at this point is Uyuni to visit the Salt Flats, in order to get there I have to go through La Sucre and Potosi.
La Sucre is the oldest capital of Bolivia and it’s still has an important part as an administration capital. I felt Sucre was cleaner and […]
After leaving La Paz I went to Cochabamba, it’s not a city that’s frequented by tourists. I remember when I was in Ecuador I saw some TV advertising about Cochabamba and that’s the reason I visited it. The pictures look nice on TV 🙂 it wasn’t easy finding a place to stay. […]
I arrived in La Paz, the capital of Bolivia in the afternoon. It’s a nice city, I stayed 2 nights and I went sight seeing, the city has many interesting parts very nice Spanish colonial architecture. I will just leave the pictures speak for themselves.
